As part of its mandate to develop football on the island, the Dominica Football Association (DFA) together with communities from Canefield to Dublanc, assembled at the Dublanc playing field for the first of its kind Grassroots RTC festival.
The event aimed to promote the development of football by providing basic football training to the participating students. As the program continues, the young players will have the opportunity to delve into more advanced football skills.
The main goal of this initiative is to instill a love for the game in children from a young age, help them grasp the fundamental aspects of football, and ensure they have an enjoyable experience while playing.
