Promex Harlem United defeated Blue Waters Bath Estate 3-0 at the Stock Farm Complex. Tyreke Jno Baptiste opened the scoring for Harlem in the 30th minute of play, for a 1-nil advantage at the interval. Audel Laville and Nick Anthony scored in the 55th and 76th minute respectively, as Harlem confirmed their quarter final spot.

In the other match, Sagicor South East crushed BAA Sharks 6-0 at the Benjamin Park, to book the seventh spot in the quarter finals. Davon George registered a hat-trick for South East, with Adriel Lawrence, Javid George and Sydney Lockhart getting one each.
