Request for Proposals: Travel Management Company

The Dominica Football Association (DFA) invites qualified Travel Management Companies to submit proposals for the provision of air travel, accommodation and related travel management services.
The selected service provider will support the travel requirements of the DFA’s national teams, officials and staff over a 24-month period, from September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2028.
Scope of Services
The required services may include:
- Flight and ocean travel arrangements
- Hotel accommodations and meals
- Ground transportation
- Payment and management of travel reservations
- Cost-effective travel options
- Round-the-clock assistance and support
Applicants must demonstrate relevant experience, legal registration, IATA accreditation and the ability to coordinate travel arrangements for large groups.

Deadline for Questions: July 27, 2026
Publication of Responses: July 31, 2026
